[ShaderGraph] Create Node shortcut is hard binded to Space key. Have Shortcut Manager option to change it
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "SGBugs.zip"
2. Open Edit -> Shortcuts
3. Search for 'Shader Graph' -> 'Create Node' shortcut
Expected result: it is present and there is ability to change it
Actual result: the shortcut is not present
Reproducible with: 2019.4.5f1 (7.3.1, 7.4.1), 2020.1.0b9 (8.0.1), 2020.1.0f1 (8.2.0, 9.0.0-preview.35), 2020.2.0a18 (8.1.0, 9.0.0-preview.35)
Could not test with: 2018.4 (shortcut manager is not present)
