[ShaderGraph] Compilation Errors on shader that uses IsFrontFacing and Texture Array
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Compile "004_TextureArrayGraph"
3. Observe the compilation errors
Actual: Compilation errors appear
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b11 ShaderGraph 7.1.5, 2019.3.2f1 ShaderGraph 7.2.1, 2020.1.0a24 ShaderGraph 7.2.1
