Shader warnings are thrown when creating a new empty 3D HDRP project
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new empty HDRP 3D project
2. Observe the Console
Expected result: No warnings are seen
Actual result: Shader warnings are seen
Reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.2.12f1, 2023.3.0b9
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11 (user’s device)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: The Shader warnings can be different on different versions
