Shader warning after building a project with URP Sample

*How to reproduce:*
1. Create a new Universal 3D Sample project
2. Open Build Settings (File -> Build Settings) - to speed up the build, you can pick to only build the Terminal Scene
3. Build the Project

*Expected result:* The Project builds and no Errors or Warnings are being thrown
*Actual result:*
