Shader particles are erased when increasing Directional Light intensity
How to reproduce:
1. Open given Unity project
2. Enter play mode
3. Change Light intensity (in game view or inspector) to any value above 0
Expected result: Particles shouldn't disappear (fade) from game window
Actual result: Particles become slightly visible
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0.b4, 2017.3.0p3, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.1.3f1, 5.6.5p1
