[Shader Graph] "undeclared identifier 'SamplerState_Point_Clamp'" error on SubGraph
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "1149615" project
2. Open "Toon" in the Shader Editor
3. Notice that on "Toon Shading" there is an error: "undeclared identifier 'SamplerState_Point_Clamp'"
Expected Result: No error
Reproduced with: 2019.3.0a1, 2019.2.0a14, 2019.1.1f1
Did not reproduce on: 2018.3.14f1 (Errors)
