“Shader error in 'ProBuilder6/Standard Vertex Color': 'PBRDeferredFragment'“ error alongside other warnings from the same Shader are thrown when performing a build
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Build and run the Player (File > Build And Run)
3. Observe the Console Window
Expected result: There are no errors or warnings thrown
Actual result: “Shader error in 'ProBuilder6/Standard Vertex Color': 'PBRDeferredFragment'“ error alongside 4 other warnings from the same Shader are thrown
Reproducible with: 6.0.1 (6000.0.12f1), 6.0.3 (6000.0.19f1)
Could not test with: 2021.3.43f1 (“error CS0234” and “error CS0246” compilation errors), 2022.3.46f1 (Multiple “error CS1061” compilation errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: MacOS 14.6.1 (Intel)
Notes:
- The user stated that the error causes the builds to fail
- The 6000.0.19f1 version did not throw the warnings
