Shader error and warning is thrown when creating a new project using the Mixed Reality template
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new Unity project using the Mixed Reality template
# Observe the Console window
*Actual results:* "Shader error in 'Unlit/XRCompositionLayers/BlitCopyHDR': undeclared identifier" error, and "Shader warning in 'Unlit/XRCompositionLayers/BlitCopyHDR': Treating '#include_with_pragmas' directive as '#include'" warning is thrown
*Expected results:* No errors or warnings are thrown
*Reproducible with versions:* 2.0.0 (6000.1.0a4), 2.1.0 (6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.4f1, 6000.3.0b1)
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2.0.0 (6000.0.57f1, 6000.1.0a3)
*Can’t test with versions:* 2022.3.66f1 (No XR Composition Layers package)
*Tested on (OS):* macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6.1
