[Shader Editor] "FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format" is thrown when opening a Shader with Shader Editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "URPDemoProjASE.zip"
2. Notice the "FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format." error in the console
3. Opening any Shader from Assets-> Shaders with "Open in Shader Editor" in the Inspector window will cause this error
Expected results: Shader is opened in Shader editor with no errors
Actual results: Shader is opened in Shader editor with "FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format." thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.3.8f1, 2020.1.0b4, 2020.2.0a5
Note: "Amplify Shader Editor" from the Asset store is used in this project. Unable to test with 2019.2 and below due to project braking
