Shader 'Compiled Code' settings cannot be reset to default after being changed
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Create a new Standard Surface Shader
3. Select the Shader and change some of the 'Compiled Code' settings
4. Click the cogwheel icon and attempt to select 'Reset'
Expected result: the 'Reset' button can be selected and resets the Compiled Code settings to default
Actual result: the 'Reset' button is greyed out and cannot be selected
Reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.8f1, 2019.2.5f1, 2019.3.0b3, 2020.1.0a4
