Severe banding in non-native resolutions when using FullScreenMode.FullScreenWindow with Linear color space and Direct3D12
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Make sure that Direct3D12 and Linear color space is selected in the Player settings
3. Build and Run
4. Select one of the resolution buttons
Expected result: The sky doesn't change
Actual result: Severe banding can be seen in the sky
Reproducible with: 2020.3.23f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.4f1, 2022.1.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a16
Could not test with: 2019.4.33f1 (Build not responsive)
