Several Romanian letters are displayed as "?" symbols in the Editor and in builds
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "NonAsciiBugReport" project
2. Open the "SampleScene"
3. Enter Play mode
4. Switch the keyboard to "Romanian (Standard)"
5. In the "InputField" type ";" and "'" characters
Expected result: "șț" are displayed in the "InputFiled" and in the Text label above
Actual result: "??" are displayed
Reproducible with: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.32f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.33f1, 2020.3.34f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.4f1, 2022.2.0a17
Reproduced on: Windows 10 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: MacOS 11.6 (Intel)
