SettingsWindow initial position and size is wrong
Run unity at command line with -cleanTestPrefs on any project
- Open Preferences or ProjectSettings
- See that the window is really small and opened at the top left corner of the screen.
Expected result: The window is opened at a usable size and centered on screen
