Setting Time.captureFramerate is ignored when done in Awake
To reproduce:
1) Download and open project
2) open scene "testcase_captureFramerate"
3) press play and note rotating cube at maximum framerate
4) press stop
5) on MainCamera component CaptureFRtest, toggle "In Awake" to on
6) press play
7) note rotating cube incorrectly at normal framerate
Note: does not reproduce on 3.5.7f6
