Setting the canvas group interactable true/false does not alter the scroll rect only the scroll bar
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Scroll view scene
3. Notice that canvas group component is attached on Canvas and Interactable option is disabled
4. Press play
5. Try to drag content
6. Notice that content can be dragged even if interactable option is disabled
