Setting Texture through MaterialPropertyBlock doesn't affect objects realtime GI lighting
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open scene "Scene"
3. Press Play
4. Notice that object whose Texture was set through MaterialPropertyBlock lighting did not change
Expected Result: Setting Texture through MaterialPropertyBlock should process objects lighting
Actual Result: MaterialPropertyBlock doesn't process the object's lighting
Reproduced on: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.2p4, 5.4.0b7
