Setting shadow rendering layer is not changing shadow when using “shadowRenderingLayers” in the script
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “LightLayerBugs.zip” project
2. Enter Play Mode and press the “Disable Green” button
3. Observe the view
Expected result: No shadow on the ground
Actual result: Shadow is on the ground
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b4, 2022.2.9f1, 2023.1.0b6, 2023.2.0a4
Could not test with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.0b3 (Errors after project downgrade)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel)
Notes:
Layer in the Inspector window changes, but the results are not changing
Reproducible in the Game and Scene windows
Not reproducible if changing layer manually from the Inspector window (“Directional Light” GameObject)
