Setting Screen.orientation to portrait mode does not disable autorotation when starting application in portrait mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "bug-screen-orientation.zip" project
2. Build and deploy the project to iOS
3. Start the application in Portrait mode
4. Rotate the phone to Landscape mode
Expected result: The application stays in Portrait mode
Actual result: The application rotates to Landscape mode
Reproducible with: 2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.27f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.10f1, 2022.1.0b6, 2022.2.0a3
Reproduced with: iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 15.0.0)
