Setting RectTransform sizeDelta after setting position will corrupt position
Repro steps:
Open attachecd project and run the RectTransform scene
Press space to switch between setting SizeDelta before and after position
notice difference in behaviour
this did not happen when testing with Unity 2017.30f3
Reproduced in: 2017.4.f1, 2017.3.1.p4, 2017.3.1.p1
Not reproduced in: 2017.30f3, 2017.30p4

Looking at bug tracking this is fixed in 2017.4.3f1, 2018.1.3f1, 2018.2.0b2 and up

This was introduced between 2017.3.1 and 2017.4 LTS right?
Bit of a disaster as upgrading to LTS no longer an option with this issue - LTS < 2017.3.1 -

We are seeing this bug in 2017.3.1p4, it causes problems when we are trying to animate RectTransforms.
