setting 'handle rect' on scrollbar to 'scrollbar' makes it so you can't set it back to handle proper
1. create a scrollbar
2. in inspector under 'handle rect' set it to 'scrollbar'
3. observe how scroll bar is very wide in the scene view
4. now set it back to handle
5. observe how the scroll bar is still very wide in sceneview
