SetIsHierarchyDispatchInterested error is thrown when setting probeAnchor during OnPostprocesModel
How to reproduce:
1. Open given Unity project
2. Select CardBoard_Box.fbx and reimport it
3. Observe the errors
Expected result: Errors should not be thrown
Actual result: Multiple errors are thrown
Regression first introduced in: 2018.1.0b11
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.2.0b4, 2018.1.2f1,
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.4f1, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.2.2p2, 2017.1.4f1
