[SetIKRotation] Rotation set using SetIKRotation has an offset
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene IkTest
3. Run the scene
4. Cyan ray represents where RightHand is pointing at
5. Red and green rays represent where object is pointing at and where RightHand should point at, too
Note: SetIKRotation is done in IKstuff.cs
