Nested SerializeReference deserialization callbacks are called too soon
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open User-supplied project
2. Run the Tests in the Test Runner
Expected: All tests pass
Actual: SerializeRefernce_serialization test fails
Reproduced in: 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b9 (A lot more tests fail),
Not reproduced in: 2018.4.23f1 (project breaks), 2020.2.0a11 (no tests show up)
