[SerializedObject] Undo does not update objectVersion or hasMultipleDifferentValues when changed values is the same as main asset value.
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "ReproProj" project
2. Open the Test Runner ("Window" -> "General" -> "Test Runner")
3. Go to PlayMode tests and click Run All
4. Observe the results
Expected results: Both tests pass
Actual results: Only the second test passes
Reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.25f1, 2023.2.19f1, 6000.3.0b15
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro, macOS 13.6.4 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
