[SerializedArray] Adding over 2000 elements to a serialized array causes performance drop
To reproduce the issue follow the steps:
1. Load "New Unity Project 1" project
2. Load "EmptyArray" scene
3. Find "keyword" array list under "Main Camera" GameObject script component
4. Add 9999 elements to the "keyword" array list
5. Unity performance drops while array elements are drawn
