[Serialization] Private fields in Network Command does not get serialized using SerializeField attribute
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and import attached project. (repro-case_752995-SendeMessage.zip)
2. Play in the editor and do not stop it.
3. Build and run standalone build.
4. Press 'A' in the keyboard on the standalone build.
5. Inspect the Console in the Editor.\
Expected result: ".. privateString: works"
Actual result: ".. privateString: does not work"
Reproduced on: 5.4.0a5, 5.3.0f4, 5.2.4f1
