Sequences don't import child objects when importing assets created in older packages
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. Open Window → Sequencing → Sequences window
3. Inspect the Sequences window
Expected result: There is a dropdown arrow near each item in the list to show the child objects
Actual result: There is no dropdown arrow to show any child objects
Reproducible with: 2.0.0-pre.1 (2022.2.0b9), 2.0.0 (2022.2.0b9, 2022.1.19f1), 2.0.1 (2023.1.0a13)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.4 (2021.3.11f1), 1.1.0 (2022.1.19f1)
Couldn’t test with: 1.0.4 (2020.3.41f1) Editor couldn’t deserialize the objects
Reproducible on: macOS 12.6
