Sending web requests using UnityWebRequests is slower
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “web_req“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Enter Play Mode and observe the Console
Expected result: Sending request takes around 200-600 milliseconds
Actual result: Sending request takes over 2 seconds
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.11f1, 2023.1.18f1, 2023.2.0b15, 2023.3.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
