'Selection Outline' causing scene view to look completely different compared with game view
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open QA attached project
2. Compare scene view to game view while toggling 'Selection Outline' (Scene view -> Gizmos -> Selection Outline)
2.1 The objects are much bigger and brighter when Selection Outline is ON, even when the objects are NOT selected
3. Switch the 'Unlit_billboard.mat' shader to 'NewUnlitShader' and inspect
3.1. Notice that the effect is now opposite - The objects are invisible if Selection Outline is ON.
Reproduced on: 5.6.4f1, 2017.3.1p1, 2018.1.0b6, 2018.2.0a1
