"Selection Outline" and "Selection Wire" are not rendered in the Scene view when the Mesh Renderer Component's Cast Shadows field is set to "Shadows Only"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “ShadowsOnlyTest“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Make sure the Scene view is opened
4. In the Hierarchy window select the “Cube-ShadowsOnly” GameObject
5. Observe the selected GameObject
Expected result: "Selection Outline" and "Selection Wire" are rendered
Actual result: "Selection Outline" and "Selection Wire" are not rendered

Not reproduced with: 2023.2.19f1, 2023.3.0a16
Reproduced on: macOS 13.6.6 (M1) (by reporter), Windows 11
