Selection highlight either disappears or jumps between the previously selected item when selecting items in Hierarchy v2
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any Project
- Enable Hierarchy v2 (Edit > Preferences > General > Use new Hierarchy Window)
- In any Scene with a couple Game Objects select an item in the Hierarchy and do not move the cursor
- Select another item
- Observe the selection highlight in the Hierarchy
Actual results: Selection highlight jumps back to previous item or disappears until Hierarchy is repainted via mouse cursor movement
Expected results: Selected item stays selected visually without jumping back to previous item
Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a5
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.66f1, 6000.3.5f1, 6000.4.0b4, 6000.5.0a4
