[TextMeshPro] Selecting text in a Rotating TextMesh Pro InputField is working incorrectly
How to reproduce:
1. Open given Unity project
2. Enter "ReproScene" scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Select some text in the Unity InputField
-- Text is highlighted correctly
5. Try to select some text in the TextMeshPro InputField
-- Text is highlighted randomly
Expected result: Text should be highlighted same in both fields
Actual result: Text in text mesh pro input field is highlighted incorrectly
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0b3, 2018.1.0f2, 2017.4.3f1, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.2.2p2, 2017.1.3p4
