Selecting new color picker in a gameObject component makes the "Add Component" button fall out of place
1. Open attached project
2. Select Main Camera
3. Click on Fog Color to open color picker
4. Add Component button falls out of place
Expected: Add component stays in it's place
Actual: Add component button loses it's position and overlaps on other components
Not reproduced on: 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.1f1, 2018.1.0b13, 2018.2.0a1
