Select Dependencies doesn't track includes of shaders
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Right-click SSAOShader
3) Select Dependencies
Expected: Includes get selected in project view
Actual: Nothing is selected
Reproduced in 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b6, 2018.1.0a1
