Secondary display does not render when Stereo Display (non-head-mounted) is used
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Build and run on a setup of 2 monitors where at least one of them is Stereo rendering capable
Expected result: both game views for both monitors are visible
Actual result: only the main display is rendered, secondary display is black
Reproduced on 2017.2.4f1, 2017.4.12f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.11f1, 2018.3.0b5, 2019.1.0a3
Notes:
- Does not reproduce without a Stereo capable monitor
- Reproducible even if secondary monitor is Stereo capable
