Second Inspector window opens up in High Definition template when entering Play mode while the Maximize On Play is true
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project with High Definition template
2. Make sure the Maximize On Play is true
3. Enter Play mode
Expected: the second Inspector window doesn't open
Reproduced in 2018.1.0b5, 2018.1.0b9, 2018.2.0a2
Updating Render-pipelines.high-definition package to 1.0.0-beta version fixes the issue.
