Search: Search Sorting Order button doesn't work
Steps to reproduce:
# Create/open any project
# Click the "Global Search" button (Command + K)
# Find the "Changes Searches sorting order" button and click it and observe what it will do

Expected Result: The dropdown with ordering options should become visible. Added screenshot in the "Attachments" section.
Actual Result: Nothing happens.
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a21
Not Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a20, 2023.1.2f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2021.3.27f1
Confirmed OS: MacOS Monterey, Version 12.6.5
