*Actual results:* Search in progress message shows for a while, no results found in an empty project.

*Tested on (OS):* MacOS (Intel) 12.7.4

* Note {*}especially in 2021.3 versions{*}, the user is told they can do this inside the Search window itself. In later versions it looks like this may have been replaced with the "Narrow your search" UI.
* It looks like it is no longer an option in the ⋮ menu under Search Providers, unlike the screenshot in the documentation.
