Search doesn't understand wildcards in the Console window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN-32578.zip“
2. Open the Build Settings (Edit > Build Settings…)
3. Build
4. Open the Console window
5. Type “ensure*”
Expected result: The Console window understands wildcards and returns everything that has “ensure” inside the Console window
Actual result: The Console window does not understand wildcards therefore nothing is returned
Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.13f1, 2023.1.0b10, 2023.2.0a8
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.6
