Seams are visible on the Water System when multiple tiles are used and their Surface type is set to River
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “HDRP_Water” project
2. Open the “Main” scene
3. Open the Scene view
4. Click on the “Anchor” GameObject in the Hierarchy
5. Double-press “f” key to zoom
6. Observe the Water Surface
Expected result: There are no seams on the Water Surface
Actual result: There is a visible line of glare on the Water Surface
Reproducible in: 2022.3.52f1, 6000.0.26f1, 6000.1.0a3
Could not test with: 2021.3.46f1 (compilation errors)
Reproduced on: macOS 14
Not reproduced on: No other environments tested
