ScrollViewArea scrolling behaviour is incorrect when scaleFactor is used on the canvas
Steps to reproduce:
- Load DemoScene
- Hit Play
- Observe content on the stage is scaled up by a factor of 2 (using canvas scale factor)
- Drag the scroll area to scroll the content
- Observe that the scrolling behaviour is incorrect - that it is scrolling twice as far as it should on each drag movement
