Scrollview wont scroll by dragging if resolution is set to 1920x1080
To reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project "Project7 cliente.zip"
2. Open "demo" scene
3. Go into Play mode
4. choose 1080x1920 resolution
5. left click on the vertical scroll bar and drag
Result: the bar does not scroll by dragging (see attached gif "scroll.gif")
Note: works fine with other resolutions
Note: Could not reproduce with a new project
Reproduced on: 5.6.4p4, 2017.1.2p4, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0f2, 2018.1.0b1
