ScrollView scrolls when clicking a button after selecting the DropdownField item
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-41758” project
2. Open Windows → General → Device Simulator and enter Play Mode
3. In the Simulator view Press “Test Menu 0” and select any item on the "Select Me" DropdownField
4. Press “Touch Me” button
Expected result: The ScrollView doesn’t scroll
Actual result: The ScrollView scrolls
Reproducible with: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.1f1, 2023.1.0b20, 2023.2.0a18
Reproducible on: macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (Intel), Windows 10 (by user)
Note: The issue is reproducible with devices in a Player
