Scrolling vertically and horizontally is very fast when in Play Mode and RuntimeInputBackend is set to UIToolkitInputBackendOption.Default
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “canvastest.zip“
2. Open the “Assets/Samples/App UI/1.0.5/UI Kit/Scenes/UI Kit.unity“ Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. In the Game view find the “Canvas“ section
5. Click once on it to focus on the grid with the red square
6. Scroll up/down/left/right within the grid
Expected result: Scrolling is normal
Actual result: Scrolling is extremely fast
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a16, 2023.2.17f1, 6000.0.0b16
Can’t test with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.24f1, 2023.2.0a15 (The “UIToolkitInputConfiguration.SetRuntimeInputBackend(UIToolkitInputBackendOption.Default);“ method does not work)
Reproducible on: macOS 14.4 Sonoma (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
