Scrolling on Y axis is reversed in Linux player
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and scene
2) Play it
Expected: Having the mouse in one of the fields and using scroll wheel scrolls the corresponding bars correctly
3) Build and run for Linux
Actual:
a) If the mouse is in an upper box, you control lower scrollbar; if in a lower box - upper scrollbar
b) No matter where the mouse is, the scrolling is reversed
Reproduced in 2017.4.4f1, 2018.2.6f1
Not reproduced in Windows 10
