Scrollbar is disabled in Adaptive Probe Volumes in Lighting window
Reproduction steps:
{}{}1. Create a new project
2. Open Lighting window (Window > Rendering > Lighting)
3. Select Adaptive Probe Volume section
4. Try to scroll down
Actual result: Scrolling is not possible
Expected result: Scrolling is possible
Reproducible with: 6000.0.57f1, 6000.2.4f1, 6000.3.0b1
Couldn’t reproduce with: 2021.3.56f1, 2022.3.66f1 (No Adaptive Probe Volume section)
Reproduced on: Windows 11
