Scrollbar doesn't take into account that an overwritten TextAreaAttribute property in a Prefab is bold and takes up more space
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "TextAreaAttributeProject.zip" project
2. In the Hierarchy, select the "TestObject" Prefab instance
3. Resize the Inspector horizontally until the end of the quote (at least "shot.") in the "Text" property goes to a new line
4. Try to scroll down to the newly added line
Expected result: Can scroll down and see the end of the quote (at least "shot.")
Actual result: Can't scroll down and see the end of the quote (at least "shot.")
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.27f1, 2020.1.0a4, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.3.10f1, 2021.1.9f1, 2021.2.0a17
