Scroll content moves on instantiate if content size fitter is used
1. Open attached project "repro_691590"
2. Open scene "Untitled"
3. Press play
4. Scroll content will move twice(Debug.Log throws rect height into console)
5. Remove Content Size Fitter on prefab "new" and issue won't be reproducible
