Scroll bar doesn't show full text
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Start a new project with Unity 6000.0.7f1
2. Import TMP Examples and Extras
3. Open scene 20 - Input Field with Scrollbar
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Use the scroll field to try to read that whole text
*Actual results:* Scrolling the maximum amount doesn't show the whole text
*Expected results:* Scrolling the maximum amount should allow the user to display all the text
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.7f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.5f1
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11
