Scripts disappearing from UI elements on scene change
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project's scene "MainMenu" (Assets/Scenes)
2. Errors "GameObject (named 'Canvas') references runtime script in scene file. Fixing!" are thrown.

After I create a new project, I cannot reproduce the issue.
Solved my problem by creating a new project and migrating all assets/scripts to new one and recreating UI elements.
For some reason I think the problem was caused because I was using the Unity 2D Package.
